What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
This describes our practices as they stand today. It was not written by a lawyer: have it reviewed before relying on it for your legal obligations.
This website
The content on this site is provided for information. We do our best to keep prices, hours and descriptions accurate, but they can change without notice. The price and terms confirmed at the time of booking take precedence.
Bookings
Bookings are handled by our Off The Couch booking system. The cancellation, change and refund terms shown at checkout apply to your reservation.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used at ArtChaos and at participating businesses in the A/Maze Entertainment family. Available experiences may vary by location and availability.
At the studio
Paint is part of the experience. We provide aprons and gloves, but we cannot be held responsible for stains on clothing or personal belongings. Children must be supervised by an adult.
Food and drinks
Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age, on presentation of ID. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except celebration cakes arranged in advance for private events.
Photos
We sometimes take photographs in the studio. Just tell the team if you would rather not appear in a photo used publicly, and we will respect that.
